Unlike other Buyers Agents, Sunday doesn't charge a fee based on the percentage of purchase price, as we don't believe this incentivises a Buyers Agent to get the best possible price for their client. Instead we operate on a flat fee model with no hidden fees or charges.

Our goal is to democratise access to Buyers Agents for all Australians and we don't believe cost should be prohibitive. The size of your deposit is important when buying property, and a Buyers Agent fee should not consume a large chunk of your hard earned savings. As such we offer 6 month payment plans.
